Description: The Society of Actuaries Individual Disability Experience Committee has completed their study of claim termination experience for the period 2006-2014 and has produced a report that provide a practical set of changes to the claim termination rates (CTRs) of the 2013 Individual Disability Income Valuation Table to reflect key industry individual disability income (IDI) claim experience trends over this time period. The goal was to have the resulting 2006-2014 IDIET in a workable format to facilitate its implementation.

Description: This report presents a new set of select and ultimate expected individual life insurance lapse tables, based on inter-company experience of standard ordinary business between 1971-1972 policy anniversaries. Discussion includes overview of how the data was collected and how the tables were constructed and how they should be applied in practice.

Description: In this paper, methods are presented that allow the systematic graduation of multidimensional data subject to linear constraints. With these constraints the practitioner can impose limitations on the graduation that agree with prior knowledge. Discussions of this paper are included.
